Paste the file into the resource folder in Minecraft. 
Click on “Options”, then “Resource Packs”. Open the folder to which you downloaded the file. Download a resource pack, you should get a. Changed the lang file to rename some of the items in game Anvils are now proper looking LCARS consoles Chests, signs, enchanting tables, brewing stands, furnaces and crafting tables from the Sci-fi pack Most Redstone related tech has spiffy textures from the Sci-fi pack Smoother leather armor so it can be recolored into decent looking uniforms (not the best or anything but it’ll do) Jungle door is now gray starfleet door (like the ones on Voyager) Damaged and very damaged anvils are now custom 3D consoles Dispenser now looks more like replicator Red and brown mushrooms, when put in flower pots, turn into a table and stools Each time you right click them to change their state, you cycle through several different styles of chairs, including a toilet. Redstone repeater and comparator are now 3D modeled as chairs. It was a pain to go through them all (because it meant I had to recolor them element by element) They have been scaled to look right in the GUI, in hand, and in 3rd person. Honestly most of this update has gone towards fixing the existing weapon models. Finally textured gold nugget to a combadge *Diamond pickaxe is now a diamond tipped mining drill *Crossbow is now a 3D phaser rifle with custom sounds Added new 3D modeled tools and fixed the models of existing tools. This pack changes very few naturally occurring blocks, hence the name, “A touch of trek.” 
All of the future Star Trek related builds will probably require this, including the USS Zenith B. The author wanted to keep it more vanilla than the old Sci-fi pack, so he tried his best only to change what was needed. A Touch of Trek Resource Pack 1.14.4/1.13.2 for Minecraft is a sparse collection of textures that should aid anyone interested in working with Star Trek builds.
